1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BiTo Fintech platform, website, and related services ("Platform") operated by BiTo Fintech Center Limited ("BiTo," "we," "us," or "our"), incorporated in the British Virgin Islands.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Platform only if you:

• Are at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction
• Are not located in a jurisdiction where access to CFD trading platforms or related financial services is prohibited by law
• Are not subject to sanctions or included on any restricted persons list

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are met.

3. Platform Description

BiTo Fintech Center Limited operates a financial technology platform that provides members with access to automated trading infrastructure, liquidity connectivity, and related tools. The Platform connects members to institutional-grade trading systems operated in partnership with professional trading entities.

Important: Use of the Platform involves financial risk. CFD trading and related financial instruments can result in the loss of part or all of your capital. Past performance of any strategy or system does not guarantee future results.

4. Account Registration

To access the Platform's member services, you must:

• Complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Pass identity verification (KYC) as required by our compliance procedures
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with any third party
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. BiTo is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any time
• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
• Engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime using the Platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform
• Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to access or interact with the Platform without authorisation
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform

6. Financial Risk Disclosure

CFD trading and financial derivatives involve significant risk and are not suitable for all investors.

• The value of investments can go down as well as up
• You may lose part or all of the funds associated with your account
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Leveraged instruments can magnify both gains and losses
• Market conditions, liquidity, and execution may not always align with expectations

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and accept responsibility for your financial decisions. BiTo does not provide personalised financial advice. Nothing on the Platform constitutes a recommendation to invest.

7. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Deposits are made in USDT to your linked Platform account
• Withdrawals are processed to the wallet address registered to your account
• Processing times may vary depending on network conditions and verification requirements
• BiTo reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals where required by law, for security purposes, or during investigations into suspicious activity
• All transactions are final once processed and confirmed on the relevant blockchain network

8. Fees

BiTo charges platform fees on trading activity and related services. Fee structures are disclosed within the Platform. We reserve the right to update fee structures with reasonable prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to BiTo Fintech Center Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party liquidity providers, infrastructure partners, and service providers. We are not responsible for the actions, services, or content of third parties. Their terms and policies apply to their respective services.

11. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BiTo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform
• Accuracy or completeness of any information provided on the Platform

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BiTo Fintech Center Limited and its directors, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
• Losses arising from market movements, execution delays, or system downtime
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to BiTo in the three months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BiTo Fintech Center Limited and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.

14. Suspension and Termination

BiTo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You breach these Terms
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
• We reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, or misuse of the Platform
• You provide false or misleading information

Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the British Virgin Islands, except where prohibited by applicable local law.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
